In this course we will be looking at how A&R and talent spotting are very much an essential part of the music & entertainment structure.

Everybody wanting to work in this industry should nurture and develop the ability to spot or recognise talent. From booking agents to the record companies, from a music publisher working with developing songwriters, to artist managers – you should always be on the look-out for the next big thing.

Get an understanding of not just talent recognition, but understanding the development of the creative and commercial opportunities that can lie within the talent.
